About the Parking Garage
the Downtown Parking garage provides over 300 safe, covered and clean parking spaces for public access 24/7 365. With recent upgrades to our ticketing machines, and upcoming improvements to lighting signage and amenities, the garage is your best location for reliable, convenient and safe vehicle storage.

Golden Heart Parking Service (previously the Fairbanks Parking Authority) has been operating in Fairbanks since 1988, and was incorporated as a non-profit organization in 2003.
Our offices are located in the 201 Lavery Transportation Center parking garage, located in downtown Fairbanks at 2nd Avenue and Lacey Street.

Parking With Us
To access our facility, from Noble Street turn west onto 3rd Avenue, our vehicle entrance and kiosks are on the right, just before the light at Lacey Street.
